Today is a new day and with new days come new opportunities to make healthy and positive changes in your life. Whether you are struggling from everyday stressors to more significant problems such as addiction or mental health issues this can be a new day for you as well. It is never too late to seek help and make change in your life.

Brian Landis, LCMHC

I am a LCMHC in North Carolina who has experience working with teens through adults. Currently I work with individuals, families, and couples ages 13 and up who have a variety of needs such as general coping skills, school issues, self-esteem, parenting issues, retirement, divorce, family conflicts, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, issues related to chronic medical illness, grief issues and life adjustments. I have experience working in the school setting, offer The Gottman Method for couple’s work and am trained in the modality of Brain Spotting.

We all face challenges and could use extra support at times. It is my life’s purpose and passion to help others live meaningful and Joy-filled lives. Together, let’s explore the mental, emotional and behavioral patterns that are interfering with your ability to maintain harmony within yourself and in your relationships with others.

It takes strength to admit we are having difficulty managing problems. You are not alone, I am here to empower you to find that strength you need. It takes strength and courage that we can build together to reach our goals. It takes one step towards our goals to make that change. Let’s take that step together.

David Wood, LCMHC, LCAS (Virtual Only)

I have received extensive training in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Sand Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have experience working in medically assisted treatment programs and mental health clinics.  It is a top priority of mine to provide a safe environment for continued healing.  I enjoy working with ages 12 and up, families, couples and individuals who may be struggling with a variety of mental health and substance use disorders.  I have many life experiences to draw from as I started my vocational career in the U.S. military (Air Force), eventually working in law enforcement and training law enforcement personnel.  With this past experience it is also a passion of mine to work with first responders.

We often hear, “Life is a journey.” I believe this thought is the foundation of all that we do, as there are many experiences that are instrumental in shaping the course of your life. At times, a different course might be better. In counseling, there is guidance in understanding the ‘direction’ of your life and living according to your values. When the course of our life is at odds with our values there may be depression, anxiety, and/or family issues. Let me help today, let your journey begin anew.

Aimee Campagna, LCSW, LCAS

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in the state of North Carolina. I pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at SUNY Fredonia and a Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University at Buffalo.

I have accumulated diverse experiences in a variety of mental health and substance abuse settings such as medically monitored hospital programs, medication-assisted therapy (MAT) clinics, to community-based outpatient and residential facilities. My area of expertise is working with adults that encompass a wide range of challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship difficulties, self-sabotaging behaviors, health & wellness issues, and navigating life transitions.  I am also trained in the modality of Brain Spotting.

I believe therapy is a partnership and my goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can find understanding and acceptance. My focus is centered on facilitating self-awareness, fostering positive change, and promoting healing in the lives of my clients. My goal is to enable you to initiate the transformation you desire, to equip you with the abilities to handle challenges effectively, to facilitate healing, and to guide you towards a satisfying life.  As a Brainspotting practitioner, I help individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges through this innovative approach. By integrating evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT, I provide personalized, trauma-informed care. This combination empowers you to access and process deep, often unconscious experiences for lasting healing and growth.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends. I like to maintain an active and balanced lifestyle, engaging in activities such as running, strength training, hiking, and playing pickleball.

Melodee Jensen, LCMHC-A

“This is not what I signed up for.” Have you ever felt that way or said those words out loud – repeatedly? Life is hard; change is hard…and inevitable. These are unprecedented and uncertain times all over the world. If you are feeling overwhelmed by new circumstances or worn out from the everyday, sign up to partner with someone who wants to be a part of your journey meeting your challenges. We were not designed to walk this life alone. As your counselor, I am committed to creating a safe space for you to be honest about who you are, where you are, and where you want to be.

I have extensive experience facilitating recovery groups through my church’s recovery ministry. In this role, I have served adult women struggling with a broad spectrum of life issues. I have also worked with high risk adolescents in the individual, group, and residential settings who struggled with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use, personality disorders, eating disorders, trauma, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, suicidality, self-injuring behaviors, disinhibited social engagement disorder, and family conflict.  I am also trained in the modality of Brain Spotting.

Let’s navigate this together. You can find peace and hope amidst uncertainty and build the confidence to move towards a new normal.

Heather Drum, LCMHCS, LCAS

I am a therapist licensed in the treatment of both mental health and substance use, practicing in this field for over 20 years. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, severe and persistent mental illness, women’s issues, and adjustment matters regarding relationships & life changes. I utilize a collaborative strengths-based approach, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and elements of Solutions Focused Counseling. This approach is individualized to each person’s goals and needs. I also value the importance of supporting the entire family system.  I am also trained in the modality of Brain Spotting

When providing couples counseling, I utilize the Gottman Method, focusing on disarming conflict, increasing communication & intimacy, removing barriers, and increasing empathy & understanding of the couple’s relationship.

I believe wholeheartedly that everyone experiences moments in their life where they struggle with their mental health and that our mental well-being is equally as important as our physical well-being. As we learn to care for ourselves both mentally and physically, we can enhance our quality of life and well-being. My goal as your therapist will be to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for your ultimate healing to begin.

Saraina Lewis, LCMHC-A, LCAS-R (Virtual Only)

I work with clients ages 5 and up as well as couples and families. I offer guided support in emotional regulation, trauma healing, and navigating relationship and family dynamics. Together, we’ll establish a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can gain clarity and foster resilience.

Seeking support requires courage, and I’m dedicated to guiding you through life’s challenges. With extensive experience supporting individuals who have faced trauma, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is centered on you, empowering you to explore your strengths and discover effective strategies for growth and healing. I primarily utilize somatic-based therapy alongside cognitive practices.

Somatic therapy is particularly effective in addressing trauma and PTSD. Traumatic experiences often manifest as physical symptoms and sensations stored in the body’s memory. Somatic techniques facilitate the release of stored tension and trauma, promoting emotional regulation and resilience. Beyond alleviating symptoms, somatic therapy aims to enhance overall well-being by integrating mind, body, and spirit. It encourages the development of self-awareness, self-compassion, and empowerment in your healing journey. Let’s embark on this journey toward wellness and personal fulfillment. Contact me today to schedule your initial appointment.

Taylor Vinson, LCMHC

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina.  I see clients ages 16 and up and have experience working with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, chronic illness, and life transitions. I use a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques to help with your specific stressors; whether that’s managing emotional intensity, reducing self-destructive patterns, or finding stability, we’ll focus on the goals that are most important to you.

During sessions, I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment so you can comfortably and freely explore your emotions and past lived experiences. I believe therapy should include both structure and empathy; meeting you where you are while helping you move forward.

We often hear that healing is not linear, but it is possible- I invite you to reach out when you’re ready to take that next step.

Harrison Jordan, LCAS-A, LCMHC-A

I work with individuals ages 15 and up who may have substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, stress in life that feels unmanageable, struggles with life transitions, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety.

I engage clients with a Narrative, Reality Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing based approach. Through use of Motivational Interviewing, we will work on addressing the changes you want to make in your life as well as acknowledging areas of improvement and how your tendency to change can be used for the better.

As a therapist, I firmly believe that therapy is a key cornerstone of a well-rounded, healthy life. Every problem we face, whether it is everyday stress, substance use, or trauma, has significance and deserves to be heard. I am always striving to achieve my own personal goals in therapy as well. I would love to help you meet yours!

When I am not at work, I enjoy hiking, playing video games, and physical fitness.
